If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail in your return for your own protection.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspection of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service at the number or email address listed below to arrange a refund or exchange.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns
Product must be returned with original packaging
Product must be in new / never used condition (other than in cases of Product Defects / Warranty Claims)
